Roll into Summer: Family Night & Go Skate Day at Encinitas YMCA

Join us on June 20 to celebrate Go Skateboarding Day—the biggest day in skate culture! RSM US LLP is teaming up with the amazing Magdalena Ecke Family YMCA Skate Park crew to host an evening of fun, community, and of course, skating.

All skill levels are welcome to participate, especially those who are beginners or are simply interested but don't know where to start. The Skate Park is supervised by the YMCA of San Diego’s amazing skate staff.

What to Expect:

• Open skate for all levels—beginners welcome!
• Live music, good vibes, and a great community
• Tacos and refreshments
• Awesome giveaways
• Supervision by certified YMCA skate staff
• A safe, supportive environment for trying out new tricks or just cruising around

Important Details:

• All ages welcome
• Helmets and knee pads required for participants
• NOTE: Spectators must remain in designated areas as they cannot be on the courses.
• Participants must wear a helmet and have knee pads

• Kids may be dropped off, but all permission and consent forms must be completed in advance
• If you're sick, please stay home
• This is a free event!

About the : The world-famous Magdalena Ecke Family YMCA Skate Park is one of the biggest and most diverse in San Diego County. Our concrete park includes a mixture of transitions and plaza elements. Mini land is perfect for beginners, and anyone looking to increase their ability and learn new tricks. The kidney pool, sponsored by Spy, has been considered one of the best of its kind.
