Full Moon Sound Bath

This sacred Full Moon is a time of abundance, harvest, and gratitude.

This 60-minute sound healing is infused with the tranquil sounds and healing vibrations where you will be bathed in sound waves produced by various instruments including alchemy crystal singing bowls, gongs, drums, and chimes. Held in the beautiful Crystal Tones Temple of Encinitas, CA, space is limited for an intimate and sacred experience. You will be surrounded by hundreds of crystals chosen for their healing properties, and if you feel called to explore any of these alchemy singing bowls after the session ends, Jeny will be available to assist.

Like with most alternative healing modalities and meditative practices, everyone’s experience is different, and new things may come up in each session. Most people will feel very relaxed and peaceful during a sound healing; some might have visualizations, receive creative downloads, or have an emotional breakthrough. This is beginner friendly, open to all levels and no experience necessary!

Notes: Yoga mats and blankets will be provided. If you prefer to use your own mat we encourage this, and please bring any additional props for comfort such as a cushion and eye pillow.

Arrive 5 minutes early to settle in. Doors will be locked at 6:05pm to avoid disruptions during meditation.
