College Safety & Confidence Workshop: Real Tools for Young Adults

“I’m sending my daughter off to college... how do I keep her safe?”If you’ve asked this—or wondered how to help your son become a better ally—this trauma-informed, holistic safety workshop is for you.

Join resilience speaker and safety educator Mandi Pratt for an empowering, eye-opening experience where young adults and their parents learn how to stay safe—physically, emotionally, and intuitively.

This is not your typical self-defense class. Yes, we will talk about practical strategies to prevent harm. But even more importantly, we’ll cover how to:

• Strengthen inner awareness
• Tap into and trust your intuition
• Set clear boundaries with confidence
• Recognize red flags early
• Understand consent and healthy relationships
• Support friends who may be struggling
• Equip young men to be allies for safer communities

This workshop is open to all genders. Whether you're heading off to college or want to live more aware and prepared at any stage of life, this experience will help you build confidence, courage, and practical skills.
