Dr. Somer Nicole has over 20+ years of experience and specializes in Trauma Resolution using Somatic Therapy, Reparenting and Nervous System Regulation. She became a Safe & Sound Protocol Provider through Dr. Stephen Porges training. She helps one fast-track their nervous system into increased capacity and resilience. Somer is Doctor of Physical Therapy, a CranioSacral Therapist, SomatoEmotional Release Practitioner, Reiki Master/Teacher, a Kundalini & Hatha Yoga teacher, and specializes in Pelvic Floor recovery. Somer is passionate about helping people holistically heal and empower themselves at the deepest level.
