Living at Home for Longer @ Emerald Library

From November 1, 2025, the Home Care Packages (HCP) program was replaced by the new Support at Home Program. What does this mean for you if you are already in the system or planning to apply for support at home soon? LaTrobe Community Health Service can answer any questions you might have about the new system.

This session is ideal for individuals aged 65 and over who are interested in learning how to access government-funded programs and subsidies that can assist with in-home care and support services. Attendees will receive practical guidance on navigating the My Aged Care system, including information on eligibility, available services, and associated costs.

Their knowledgeable Customer Service Officer will be available to answer your questions and provide assistance where needed to help you connect with the right programs.
