This is not your typical LEAN Manufacturing Workshop. This series has been redesigned for 2025 based on industry feedback and will provide fresh insights into LEAN Thinking and the challenges of sustainably improving business productivity.
It is known that LEAN concepts increase productivity, improve quality, and encourage employee engagements whilst attacking waste and reducing business costs. Despite this, too few SME's are leveraging this power to improve their businesses.
This workshop will clarify the value of LEAN to your business and identify the approach that will ensure you maximise the rate of change and return on investment. We will also assess the cultural, leadership, and business maturity of your operation, providing a range of self-help techniques, guides and assessments.
Participants will learn:
The event will incorporate a practical simulation that will demonstrate the indisputable value of LEAN applied to SME manufacturers and contractors. All participants will leave with tangible actions that they can implement immediately and be provided with a library of resources to guide them through their journey.
