About the event

Annual General Meeting
On Sunday, October 19, we will hold our 2025 Annual General Meeting. Join us at 2:00 p.m. at the White Butte Ski Shelter, located at White Butte Ski Trails ( https://maps.app.goo.gl/SkZF7zVCo5NrzZKG9). Following the AGM, there will be time to socialize with other club members. The event will be family-friendly, so please plan to bring your two-legged family members (sorry, four-legged friends are not permitted in the ski shelter). You will need to bring your own camping chair and beverage vessel! Some snacks will be provided.
