SUP Yoga Workshop (4 Hours)
Come discover balance, strength, and serenity on the water with this immersive Stand-Up Paddleboard (SUP) Yoga Workshop. Whether you're new to SUP Yoga or looking to deepen your practice, this 4-hour experience offers guided instruction, mindful movement, and a connection to nature like never before.
What to Expect:
Introduction & Safety Briefing (30 min): Learn the basics of paddle boarding, water safety, and key techniques to help you feel confident on your board.
Paddle Warm-up & Exploration (30 min): Glide across calm waters as you get comfortable on your board, engage your core, and embrace the flow of movement.
SUP Yoga Session (90 min): Enjoy a full yoga practice on your board, blending breath, balance, and strength. Move through a sequence designed to improve stability while cultivating a sense of inner calm.
Break & Floating Meditation (30 min): Relax on your board, soaking in the peaceful surroundings with guided meditation and breathwork.
Final Paddle & Cool Down (30 min): Ease back to shore with a gentle paddle and grounding stretches to conclude the experience.
