Castle Forest & Kamweti Falls

Castle Forest in Kirinyaga is a beautiful lush trail on the slopes of Mt. Kenya. From the gate to the Falls, one enjoys chilled forest air, exciting views of the Mt. Kenya peaks including the snow. After a few kilometres, the sound of falling water welcomes you Ford Falls.
The forest is home to Castle Forest Lodge, a rustic establishment serving vibes from England. It sits on well manicured lawns and has a restaurant. The grounds can be accessed for an extra ksh. 300.

After the hike, we will hunt for barbequed meat in Kutus Town to recharge after a nice hike.

For Ksh. 3500, you get to enjoy a classic Hibica experience. The charge to the Lodge is not included in this package.
