Yoga, Music & the Heartbeat of Presence
Something magical happens when yoga meets live music.

On November 25 at 7 p.m. and November 28 at 1 p.m., join Judith at HYER Shala for two donation-based yoga classes infused with the voice and live instruments of Sophie Léger singer, songwriter, and kirtan leader known for her heartfelt soul experience.

As you move through each posture, Sophie’s music will carry you deeper into presence — breath syncing with melody, body softening to rhythm, heart expanding in vibration.
It’s more than a class. It’s a sacred meeting of sound and soul.
