As autumn deepens and the nights grow long, we gather in community to honour the quiet power of darkness — the space where transformation begins — and to rekindle the inner flame that guides us through. In this 90 min circle, Sophie weaves together the ancient tradition of kirtan with drumming, song, and shared voice.

Through simple, heart-centered chants in Sanskrit and English, we journey inward — from stillness to rhythm, from silence to sound — awakening the warmth and light that live within us all.

No singing experience is needed; just bring your open heart and willingness to listen, breathe, and join in as you feel called. Together, we’ll create a field of resonance and remembrance — a celebration of light amidst the dark, and of the timeless connection between sound, breath, and spirit.

Alors que l’automne s’approfondit et que les nuits s’allongent, nous nous rassemblons pour honorer le pouvoir silencieux de l’obscurité — cet espace où la transformation prend racine — et raviver la flamme intérieure qui nous guide.

Dans ce cercle d’une heure, Sophie tisse la tradition ancienne du kirtan avec le tambour, le chant et la voix partagée.
