Dear Pack 3249 Families,
Welcome to the brand-new Cub Scout Pack in Elysburg! We’re excited to begin our journey together and thrilled to have you and your Scout as part of Pack 3249.
Our first meeting will be held on:

Please have all your youth/adult paperwork filled out along with checks payable to "Susquehanna Council". Parents who have volunteered for Den Leaders or Committee members will also need to have all the clearance paperwork as well.
This meeting will be our first where we'll be:
Meet fellow Scouts and families
Learn about upcoming activities and events
Receive important information about uniforms, handbooks, and den assignments
Working on the Bobcat requirement
Whether you're brand new to Scouting or a returning family, we’re here to support you every step of the way. Please feel free to bring any questions you may have—we’re happy to help!
For those that have volunteered as Den Leaders, I will have workbooks for you and will bring the Bobcat activity materials needed for this meeting. Some ranks (Bears/Webelos/Arrow of Light) may not be able to complete the Bobcat activities in one meeting.
There is one Bobcat requirement for all ranks (Exercise on Personal Safety Awareness) that will need to be completed at home with a parent. This requirement can be found in "How to Protect Your Children from Child Abuse: A Parents Guide" starting on page 19.
