A Night at The Bee

United Way’s signature fundraiser, A Night at The Bee, returns Friday, May 9th at the Lorain County Community College - Spitzer Conference Center in Elyria, Ohio.

Presented by American Legion Post 30, the event is a fun game night-style competition for adults that includes four categories of Spelling (spelling bee), History (trivia), STEM (are you smarter than a middle schooler?) and Art (Pictionary). The team declared the overall champion will win a $1,000 cash prize!

The evening includes buffet dinner, drinks, thrilling live competition, diverse silent action, and our unique 50/50 Honey Pot raffle that keeps the audience engaged in the outcome of the competition.

Spectator tickets are $45 per person and include dinner and one drink ticket. Teams of four players are $200 and include entry into the competition, dinner and one drink ticket for all team members. You can visit the official event website to purchase tickets.

Creative team names and themed costumes are encouraged!

All proceeds support United Way’s local education initiatives throughout Greater Lorain County.
