Stillness in Sound - The Old Palace, Ely

Join me for an hour extended session of stress melting stillness and nourishing grounding as we approach Winter Solstice.

The Old Palace is the former Sue Ryder care home, opposite Ely Cathedral, overlooking Palace Green.

Settle in with my gentle, grounding practices to release tension, focus the mind and nourish the netvous system. Then, allow yourself to drift off to a state of deep rest with my guided relaxation (aka Yoga Nidra), followed by the soothing sounds of my Tibetan Singing Bowls, where their sounds and vibrations will aid your relaxation further, leaving you feeling fully rested, rejuvenated and as though you've had a complete reset.
