In this hands-on class, students will learn how to make fresh, healthy spring rolls that are both simple and packed with flavor. This recipe combines the best of traditional and modern tastes. You'll learn how to prepare ingredients, roll beautiful spring rolls, and create your own dipping sauces from scratch. No cooking experience is needed—just bring your curiosity and appetite!

Each student will leave with their own custom-made spring rolls and a printed recipe sheet.

Recipes are vegetarian-friendly and gluten-free options are available.

Instructor: Jeeranan Rom (who you may know from the “Thai Cuisine by Paan" food truck!)
