Love that fresh garden produce but have more than you can eat? Learn how to preserve it safely at home! Join Kelsey from Iowa State Extension for the Preserve the Taste of Summer Presentation on Thursday, July 17 from 6:00–7:30 PM at St. John’s Church in Ely.

In this introductory session, you’ll discover safe and simple techniques for canning, freezing, and drying your favorite fruits and vegetables. Whether you're a beginner or just need a refresher, this class will help you make the most of your garden harvest 🍅🥒🥕
