Old Time Strings Jam Session

Come on down for a free old time strings music jam session at the Ely Folk School! Bring a fiddle, banjo, guitar, mandolin, dulcimer, or bass to EFS! Play along, or just sit back and listen. 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗲, 𝗻𝗼 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗼𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹, 𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘆 𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴, 𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻, 𝗼𝗿 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗱𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲.

These jam sessions have an emphasis on string instruments. It is a jam session, so sheet music is not provided, rather chords are called out.

𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗷𝗮𝗺 𝗶𝘀 𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗘𝗹𝘆 𝗙𝗼𝗹𝗸 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗗𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲, 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗳𝗮𝘃𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗲, 𝗧𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗦𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗵. 𝗔𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗷𝗮𝗺𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝘂𝗽 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗱𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗺𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝘂𝘀 𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗮𝘁 7𝗽𝗺 𝗮𝘁 𝗘𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗹'𝘀 𝗔𝗰𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗕𝗔𝗥𝗡 𝗗𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲!

Registration not required, and the jam is free.
