Our Introduction to Pole sessions are the best way to start your pole journey, covering all the fundamental grips, tricks and transitions on static and spinning pole, you will get to learn the basics of pole fitness, before moving on to our Beginner sessions
Individual sessions cost £12 each, or why not make the most of our Intro packs with 3 classes in 2 weeks for £25, or 6 in 3 weeks for £50 (Intro packs can be used for ANY of our sessions)
Prerequisites: None, suitable for everybody!
What to wear: Shorts and a crop/vest/t-shirt, we need skin to grip the pole. Additionally, long hair must be tied back, and all jewellery removed.
These sessions are part of our Introduction to Pole & Aerial series. Whilst complete beginners are welcome to attend all of our beginner and mixed level sessions we understand that you may want to try something new when you are surrounded by others who are also giving it a go for the first time. In these sessions you will be able to try things out on the apparatus in a safe and supportive environment where everyone else is a total beginner too.
