FREE Zumba Gold (seated) sessions

FREE Zumba Gold (seated) sessions are coming to Soham Town Rangers social club on the 10th, 24th and 31st October 11.30am-12pm.

Zumba Gold (Seated) is a modified, lower-intensity version of Zumba designed for older adults, beginners and people returning to exercise after injury or illness.

The class focuses on easy to follow dance choregraphy that emphasises balance, co-ordination and a range of motion, incorporating elements of cardiovascular fitness, muscular conditioning and flexibility in a fun, low impact environment.

All 3 sessions are free of charge.
