Ely Regional Trailhead - Open House!

The City of Ely and the Ely Parks & Recreation Board are excited to invite you to an Open House and Ribbon Cutting Ceremony at the brand-new Ely Regional Trailhead Building.

This project has been years in the making, and we’re incredibly proud to finally open the doors and share it with our community. This family-friendly, casual event is a chance to recognize the many hands and hearts that helped bring this vision to life—and to celebrate the vibrant trail user community that makes our region so special.

Why this matters:
From clubs and organizations to visitors and residents, so many people come to Ely because they love the trail access and outdoor opportunities we offer. This event is about honoring that shared passion and connecting the people and groups that help make it all possible.

Wednesday, August 27
5:00 – 8:00 PM
Ribbon Cutting at 6:00 PM
Food trucks will be on-site for snacks and dinner
Local clubs and organizations will be present for introductions, questions, and networking
