Floating on water creates a sense of weightlessness that allows the body to fully release tension. Without the usual pressure of gravity, joints, muscles, and the nervous system can deeply relax. Combined with the soothing vibrations of Himalayan singing bowls, this state of suspension helps calm a busy mind, reduce stress, and support restorative rest.
What to expect:
You’ll be fully dressed and lying on individual air mats throughout the session.
Wear comfortable clothes and make sure you can pull your pants up to your knees to get onto the mat, as your feet may get wet. Please bring a towel for after the session.
You don’t need to be a strong swimmer, but you must feel comfortable on water.

• Attendees must be 18+ yrs of age
• Please arrive by 07:00pm.
Doors will be locked at 07:10pm. Late arrivals cannot be accommodated due to the nature of the event.
