50th Anniversary Concert

The Eltham Concert Band invites you to a concert to celebrate our 50th Anniversary. The concert is at 2pm on June 29th 2025. As this is our anniversary concert, it will start earlier than usual, and it will have an interval. We have two solo items: Kristine, one of our first clarinets, will be playing the Adagio from the Mozart clarinet concerto, and Ben, our first Horn, will be playing "Harvest Light" by James Naigus. 50th is a golden anniversary, so we have to play Lux Aurumque (it means Light and Gold); we also have the Symphonic Dances from West Side Story, Mars from The Planets, and more. As usual there will be refreshments (tea, coffee and nibbles), and you will be able to purchase wine should you so wish. Please come along and set us up for our next 50 years.
