3 Week Pelvic Floor Explore

Let's get to know our Pelvic Floor!

Over the first 2 classes of this 3 week program I will be guiding you through the anatomy of the pelvic floor as well as common complaints as we age. We will explore how breathwork can support your pelvic floor health, understanding how the 'whole' core works and how we can tap into strengthening it, a little nutritional background to support core strength and fat loss, even a little cardio!

Each week we will be going home with 'homework', the homework of course will be cumulative, leading us to week 3 where we will be looking at the whole integration and how we create rituals and routines that are not only effective to improving our pelvic floor health but we can intuitively manage to suit our own individual needs.

This class with be 75 minutes per week and will include a teaching component, open discussion and sharing as well as exercises that will include meditation, breathwork and classic movement sequences... and homework!

Class Dates: August 11, 18 & 25 (7:00pm - 8:15pm)
Cost $80 / participant
Limit 8 participants
