6pm arrival, first course at 6:30

First Course - Avocado Blinis with Butter Poached Lobster and Microgreens. Paired with Tabali Brut

Second Course - French Onion Soup with Baguette Crouton and Gruyere Cheese. Paired with Alpataco Chardonnay

Third Course - Beef Tenderloin, Cranberry and Pear Salad, over Field Greens with Goat Cheese and Pecans. Paired with Manos Negras Pinot Noir.

Fourth Course - Pan Seared Grouper with Key Lime Sauce over Romaine, Purple Onion and Hearts of Palm. Paired with Aylin Sauvignon Blanc .

Fifth Course - Stuffed Pork Tenderloin with Pesto and Prosciutto over Savory Bread Pudding. Paired with Mosquita Cabernet Franc.

Sixth Course - Chocolate Mousse with Whipped Cream, Dulce De Leche Pastry and Chocolate Dipped Strawberry. Paired with Andeluna Malbec.
