Steele Adult - Mindful Meditation

Mindful Meditation at Steele is continuing in August! Join us in the large meeting room on Tuesdays at 11 am to learn simple practices that can bring clarity and calm into your life. Open to curious beginners and long-time meditators alike.

This program is free and open to the public, designed for adults 17+, no registration required. Bottled water will be provided, no equipment is required, comfortable clothing recommended. See Events Calendar for full details and instructor bio.
