Hidden deep in a forgotten valley lies the ruins of Coldbrook Creek — a once-thriving village swallowed by silence and shadow.
Over a century ago, the townsfolk turned on a strange old woman named Granny J Hatchet. They blamed her for every misfortune: illness, livestock deaths, and the mysterious disappearance of a child.
One cold October night, they dragged her from her cabin… tied her to the great tree in the square… and burned her alive.
But before the flames took her, she cursed them all:“You’ll vanish like smoke… and when you return… you’ll wear your sins on your skin…”
By sunrise, the village was empty.
Fires still burned. Meals sat untouched. But every man, woman, and child… had vanished.
Now, each October, the cursed souls return.
Twisted and rotted, their skin peels like wax. Their mouths filled with ash and shattered teeth. They walk the ruined streets — trapped between life and death.
In the Lower Hollow, nothing grows. The ground breathes. Zombies stagger through the blackened soil… blind, starving, and restless.
On the darkest nights, their screams still echo through the mist.
And each October… the gates of Coldbrook Creek open again.
Step into the curse. Walk the haunted streets and take aim on the Zombies. Face what still lingers in the fog… if you dare.
