The Six Healing Sounds of Qi Gong

The Six Healing Sounds is a medical and spiritual qi gong practice that combines specific sounds to resonate with different organs and associated emotions to promote overall well-being and balance. This 4-week class will use sound, specialized movements, and visualization to harmonize the body, calm the mind, and restore emotional equilibrium. Benefits from this qi gong class include:
- Reducing emotional stress, irritability, and anxiety,
- Strengthening the immune system
- Increasing mental clarity and focus
- Balancing and improving one’s energy, health and vitality

When: Begins Wednesday, August 20 from 5:30-6:30 pm
