2025 Northern Lights NAVHDA Test

The Northern Lights chapter of NAVHDA will be holding its fourth annual test August 1-3, 2025. Mark it on your calendar. We will be offering all level of testing. Natural ability (NA) (Dogs 16 months and younger). Utility Prep Test (UPT) (Mid level of trained dog). Utility (UT) the advanced dog.

The test will be open for entries on January 1, 2025. The tests do fill up so it’s good to enter early. The cost is $300. Per dog. A full refund will be offered to any dog needing to pull out of the test up to 60 days prior to the test. After that there will be no refunds, but you can sell or give your spot to another person with the approval of the test secretary. Once the test is full, we will start a wait list. As space becomes available the top person that can fill that spot will be contacted first.

Requirements for those testing: the owner and handler (often the same person) must be members of NAVHDA Int. Your dog must be registered with NAVHDA as well. The info for that can be found on the NAVHDA web page www.NAVHDA.org.
