NAMI Family Support Group (In-Person) – ELMA

Are you supporting a loved one living with a mental health condition? You’re not alone—and you don’t have to go through it alone.

Join us every 2nd Thursday at Summit Pacific Medical Center, Ortquist Conf. Rooms 1 & 2, 600 East Main St., Elma, WA 98541
for NAMI Family Support Group, a free, in-person gathering led by trained family members who’ve been there too. This peer-led group is a safe and supportive space for adults with loved ones experiencing mental health challenges.

✔️ Practical tools, encouragement, and hope
✔️ Connection with others who truly understand
✔️ No registration required—just show up

This group is confidential, free of cost, and focused on connection, strength, and healing. Whether it's your first time or you're a regular, there's always a seat for you at the table.
