Come fling some foam with us in Wisconsin Avenue park! No registration required & the event is free!
Parking is on the street on Wisconsin Avenue between Picnic areas #1 & #2 (NOT in the parking lot!)
Bring:
~ A blaster of some sort. A backup blaster isn't a bad idea either. Please mark your equipment.
~ All blasters must hit below 130 Feet Per Second (FPS) & must have an orange tip & not look like a firearm. Most unmodified blasters are allowed under this rule.We do have loaner blasters if they are needed
~ Eye protection (Prescription eyewear can suffice)
~ Food/Water for yourself
~ Anything you wish to sell/trade. There will be a trading post on the Facebook group the week before the event if you wish to arrange with other players before-hand.
~ Donations of ammo & funds are always appreciated. These events take a lot of blood, sweat & tears to put on & we are always losing darts.
Do Not Bring:
- Ammo (Unless you wish to donate to the community bins!) (We do not provide Ultra, Vortex, Boomco or Rocket ammo)
- "Hyper" & "Gelfire" brand Nerf blasters. The ammo is incompatible with our way of play.
- Sour attitude
Other Information:
~ Please Please Please help clean up darts & trash at the end. We need to keep the park cleaner than when we arrived & recover our ammo.
~ Anybody is welcome to attend, but attendees under 13 years old must be accompanied be an adult while they're at the war. Said adult can be nerfing with the rest of us.
~ We have fairly priced MANO merchandise available for purchase. You are not required to buy any, but all proceeds go directly back into the club. Come get yourself a MANO Sticker, MANO Patch, Tactical belt or Dump pouch!
~ Game rounds are 10-15 minutes, and you can absolutely join in the next one if you come late, or leave if you need to. I would ask that you please help clean up darts at the end.
