Healing Touch Therapy - 1 and 2 hour sessions available

Our sessions include two Registered Nurses providing modalities including Healing Touch, Reflexology, and Guided Imagery.

Healing Touch is a relaxing energy therapy that uses gentle touch to assist balancing the human energy field.

Reflexology is a type of therapy that uses gentle pressure on specific points of your feet, hands, and head to decrease stress and relax tension in the body.

Guided imagery is a voice guided relaxation technique involving using all the senses.

The client will also experience aromatherapy, soft lighting, and music to create a relaxing atmosphere. The practitioners and client work together incorporating physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing, placing the body in an optimal state to heal itself.

Our sessions help to decrease pain, reduce anxiety, and promote wellness. This technique works together with medical care as an integrative approach to healthcare.
