Maa Chandraghanta is the third Navadurga, a fierce yet benevolent form of Goddess Durga, worshipped on the third day of Navaratri. Her name, meaning "one who has a half-moon bell," comes from the crescent moon on her forehead, symbolizing divine sound and serenity. She rides a lion, carries multiple weapons, and is known for bestowing courage, eliminating negativity, and granting peace and prosperity to her devotees.
