Holistic Wellness Reset & Sharing Circle with Stephanie Snow

Sometimes we just need a pause. A chance to slow down, breathe, and remember that everything we need is already within us.

This two-hour workshop is designed to help you reconnect with yourself through journaling, breathwork, gentle movement, meditation, and a supportive sharing circle.
Together, we’ll explore simple, practical tools for your mind, body, and nervous system—tools you can return to anytime life feels overwhelming.

This isn’t about learning something outside of yourself—it’s about coming home to what you already carry within. You’ll leave feeling lighter, grounded, and more confident in your own strength, self-love, and self-trust.

Each participant will also receive a small self-care kit—to keep the inspiration alive long after the workshop.
