Balance Within - 8 Week Chakra Yoga Series

A gentle and harmonizing flow designed to bring balance to the Chakras, your body’s energetic centers. This is an 8-week immersive journey that will align and awaken your mind, body, and
spirit. Each week the class will explore a different Chakra, beginning with grounding in the Root Chakra (Muladhara) and culminating in expansive awareness through to the Crown Chakra
(Sahasrara).

Every session is thoughtfully crafted to include a combination of poses, mantras, mudras, breath work, meditation and essential oils to connect to Chakra of focus. Throughout the course of the 8 weeks, you can expect to gain more body awareness and inner strength, connect to your intuition, creativity, and purpose, and release emotional blockages and restore energetic flow.
