Rise & Align - Pilates Mat Class - 8 Week Series Elliot Lake

Start your day off in the best way possible with a Pilates class while everyone else is still sleeping ;). This is the perfect time slot if you have a full work day, and don't have time after work for a form of intelligent and effective movement class.

This beginner-friendly mat class is designed to strengthen your “powerhouse” — aka your core. With a series of focused exercises, you’ll improve control, build strength, boost flexibility, and increase power. Each week, you’ll notice your core becoming stronger, while your legs and arms feel more stable and supported.
