The first of its kind! A new class concept for both ourselves at Pour Taproom Ellicottville and the @ellicottvillebakeshop. We are SO excited to bring you a class that will teach you ALL about sourdough! Each attendee will leave with their very own sourdough starter, as well as the knowledge needed to both care for the starter and bake a loaf of bread! Ellicottville Bake Shop will be bringing a special sourdough snack, and Pour Taproom will supply each attendee with a wine spritzer or mocktail!
You must RSVP to this event and purchase a ticket. All tickets must be purchased by Wednesday May 14th. Be sure to purchase your ticket and reserve your spot!
Ticket includes class instruction, a wine spritzer (or mocktail), and a sourdough starter to take home!
