WE HAVE 30 PLACES FOR OUR FREE TO ATTEND COACHED SESSIONS

STARTING ON MONDAY 13TH OCTOBER

8 WEEK PLAN

MON WED FRI EACH WEEK 7-8PM

ALL ABILITIES WELCOME INCLUDING PEOPLE THAT WOULD LIKE TO WALK

SENSIBLE AND COMFORTABLE FOOTWEAR AND HI VIS TOP REQUIRED

CHILDREN PERMITTED BUT MUST BE ACOMPANIED BY AN ADULT AND MUST STAY WITH THE ADULT FOR THE DURATION OF THE SESSION
