Join us for our last retreat of the season - Hike & Flow Retreat w/ Ma Mokshapriya & Raj Shtrom!! Escape to the pristine wilderness of the Catskills for a perfect balance of adventure and relaxation where you can reconnect with nature and deepen your yoga practice! Program to include yoga, meditation, Satsang, hiking and delicious vegetarian meals! STURDY HIKING SHOES REQUIRED!

Raj was born and raised in India where yoga and philosophy were part of her upbringing. With over 30 years of experience in various styles, she encourages everyone to open up to the possibility of change and helps her students to break fears and barriers to take their practice to the next level.

Investment: $250 per person (Saturday and Sunday) or $150 per person (Saturday only) - includes program, overnight accommodations (shared rooms - limited space available - pay to reserve), and vegetarian meals.
