Bike Activities & Giveaways - Saturday, May 31st
Celebrate Bike Month with activities and giveaways from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. on May 31, 2025, at Unity Park, 4th Ave. & Pearl St. Free and open to all ages.
• Bike handling fun and games. Bring your bike!
• FREE youth helmets and fitting, bike bell, and bike light giveaways.
• Independent Order of Odd Fellows will be giving away free used reconditioned bikes (sizes vary).
• Bring old bike tubes for recycling and donate extra bike parts.
• Challenge a friend to a stationary bike race.
• Safety resources and local trail information.

Bike Month Rides, Earn Raffle Tickets
Starting May 1st | Free | Open to all ages
Download the Adventure Lab app and set up an account. During the month of May, participate in any of the Ellensburg Bike Month rides and earn 1 raffle ticket per ride. Each participant must have their own account. Pick up your raffle tickets at the Bicycle Event at Unity Park on May 31st or stop by the Unity Park Visitor Information Center (hours below) during the month of May. Raffle prizes include one (1) Specialized Roubaix high performance road bike – gently used and donated by the IOOF, one (1) $250 Recycle Shop gift card, one (1) $100 Recycle Shop gift card, and a Kittitas Valley Memorial Pool pass.

Sun - 12PM - 5PM
Bike Month participants assume responsibility for their own safety and health during all related activities and are also responsible for any property damage or injury they cause. The City of Ellensburg and other partner organizations are not responsible for any injuries or damages that may occur to or by participants.

The Yakima County Crime Stoppers Program hosts an annual fundraiser ride through the Yakima Canyon.
Bike Rodeo & Touch A Truck
June 18th | 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. | Rotary Park, 1200 W. 5th Ave., Ellensburg
Kids can bring their bikes to challenge their riding skills on the mountain bike skills course.
