Tuesday Morning Adult Team Run Group

Tuesday Morning 5k (or 30 Min Jog) Followed by Optional Interval Run Sessions (All Paces Welcome with RSVP)

Join us at 6AM Tuesday mornings at S.E.T. H.Q. for a 30 minute run at your own pace. You can join coach Henry on his 10 minute mile pace, or receive your own 30 minute route and host your own pace group. For those that want to stick around after, we run 20 minutes of interval sessions starting at 640AM. We do have shower facilities onsite

This event is by RSVP and email confirmation ONLY. If you do not RSVP AND Email, you will NOT receive workout or parking instructions. This event will go off with rain. Only Thunder & Lightening will be cancellations.
