About the event

The Great Humboldt Duck Race
The Great Humboldt Duck Race is NNM's annual fundraiser. All proceeds support the Museum's programs and projects.
Adopt your ducks throughout the summer for a chance to win the $1500 grand prize. The last duck to cross the finish line wins the $250 Lame Duck Award sponsored by Everything Elko.
Meet us at Angel Park at 9 a.m. to see City of Elko Fire Department swoosh the ducks down the hill. Your participation is fun and helpful! Bring the kiddos!
