Applebee’s Fundraiser for WVSHI Inc.

Join us at Applebee’s in Elkins on Tuesday, July 15, 2025, for a fundraiser supporting West Virginia State Hospital Initiative Inc.

When you dine at Applebee’s at 789 Beverly Pike anytime that day and mention the fundraiser or show the flyer to your server, 25% of your food and beverage total (excluding tax and tip) will be donated to WVSHI Inc.

All proceeds will help fund our continued efforts to preserve the history of West Virginia’s former state hospitals, restore dignity to those institutionalized, assist descendants and families, and promote responsible mental health awareness and education throughout the state.

This is a one-day only event. The flyer must be shown or the fundraiser mentioned for your order to qualify.
