Handstand Seminar!

This Specialty Saturday is all about getting you more confident upside down.

We’ll break down the key pieces of handstand work — from basic holds to controlled walks and everything in between.

Whether you’re brand new to handstands or working toward more advanced skills, this session will meet you where you are.

What we’ll cover:
Safe and stable handstand holds
Wall progressions and freestanding balance
Handstand walking mechanics
Shoulder strength and positioning
Drills to build confidence and control
Scaling and step-by-step progressions for all levels

If you want to get comfortable on your hands, clean up your technique, or finally take steps in a handstand, this class is for you.
