Free Community Workout: Ugly Sweater + 12 Days of Christmas WOD

Gather your Elf'in friends and your ugly Christmas sweater to celebrate the season with movement and community.

Join us for a fun and festive community workout built around the classic 12 Days of Christmas format.

This session is open to everyone — members, friends, family, and anyone in the community who wants to move, sweat, and enjoy the season.

We’ll guide you through a holiday-themed workout that’s challenging, approachable, and easy to scale for all fitness levels.

Come ready to work hard and have a good time.

After class, we’ll have festive treats and time to hang out with the CFE crew.

Free and open to the public, but please register to reserve your spot!
