Elkhorn Community Blood Drive

Please donate blood at Sugar Creek Lutheran Church in Elkhorn. This August, the heat is on to find blood donors! Summer can be a challenging time to find enough people to donate. Donors of all blood types are needed now, especially those with type O blood.
1) $15 e-gift card to a merchant of choice.
2) Red Cross will perform free A1C testing, commonly used to screen for prediabetes and diabetes, on successful donations in August (one result per donor in a 12-month period). See rcblood.org/Test for details.
3) Those who sign up to give blood by visiting https://www.redcrossblood.org/local-homepage/events/metallica.html to make their appointment − and then come to give at any Red Cross blood drive − will receive a limited-edition Red Cross x Metallica T-shirt by mail! The American Red Cross is counting on people to step up and help save lives still this summer. Those with type O positive and B negative blood are especially vital this season.
