Inner Child Dance

Children are natural celebrators.

The flowers have bloomed, the birds are singing, the sun is shining in the sky - celebrate it!

You are breathing, you have consciousness, your heart is beating, you are alive! Celebrate it!

Children dance and jump and run around with no specific destination, no goal-oriented mind. The present moment is good enough reason for children. The whole of existence is pouring into this moment and a child is divinely designed to simply enjoy the moment.

I invite you to move your body and tap into your own inner child where exuberance lives and breathes. Where the nature of your divine design can express itself. Where your energy can be cultivated, enhanced, and brought into abundance. They say smiling uplifts your mood, can you imagine what dancing does for your spirit?
