Both parades line up at Noon Elk Grove Park *exact location will be announced and directions will be sent to all registered participants. Parades roll at 1 PM and will go through the Park
All Kids must be accompanied by Adult Leader. Families encouraged. Groups of all kinds, Friends, Family, Clubs AS WELL AS INDIVIDUALS
