ABOUT OUR EXPERTS

Hosting Finding Little YOU: Living like your own hero is Amy Irvine - Elk Grove local since 2013. She has raised two children through our schools and sports community. Amy has enjoyed many roles throughout her career, ranging from college instructor to tech consultant, fifth-grade teacher and vice president, but her role as mom to her two young adult children is her favorite.

Hosting Vulnerability & the Writing Process, is Ameshia Arthur - an author, thought leader, and Clinical Social Worker. Ameshia’s ultimate personal and professional goal is to ensure that everyone she encounters feels seen, loved, and enriched, fostering a sense of belonging and emotional empowerment wherever she goes.

Hosting Trauma Resiliency: Balancing Body, Mind, and Spirit, is Randi Gottlieb, a licensed psychotherapist in practice for over 40 years. Her work is rooted in Gestalt, attachment focused EMDR, and Trauma Resiliency. She works within a Narrative Therapy lens harnessing clients’ imagination, metaphor, and symbols to create healing stories.
