Slow Flow (All Levels)

Our FIRST class! Join Rhonda for a Slow Flow class, designed for ALL levels. This class format will be 60 minutes with a 15 minute savasana (rest).

$10 drop-in. We will have space for 20 mats so feel free to reserve your spot with a Venmo/Paypal prepayment.

As we build our program, we will have more mats/blocks/straps available but in the meantime, it would help if you have your own to bring it along.

This is a zero expectation class. Meet yourself where you are and we will too. 🫶🏼

Whatever level, whatever attire, whatever age, just come as you are.

No performance. Just movement, breath and space to be.
