Flow Yoga

Flow Yoga is an energetic, yet relaxing yoga practice. It is called “flow” because this style of yoga focuses on the continuous and seamless movement, or flow, between yoga poses, while connecting the breath to these movements. It is almost as rhythmic as a dance. You will walk away from this class feeling invigorated, limber, and poised.
